    • Access to the SGF Community of women inside the App: where you will receive continual Support, Encouragement, Accountability & Coaching from Coach Summer

  • With the Monthly Membership you are committing to ongoing monthly payments, automatically billed once per month.

    With the Annual Membership you pay once every 12 months, with the initial payment due at the start of your membership.

  • If you are a current SGF Elite Member: you will automatically be added into each new challenge.

    If you are not an SGF Elite Member: you will need to sign up durning the challenge registration period when it becomes available in order to enter a NEW challenge.

    You can start Programs at any time throughout the year!

  • Yes. Whether you are billed Monthly or Annually, your payment will be automatically renewed unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period.

  • Yes, you can cancel your SGF Elite Membership at any time.

    Here’s how it works depending on which training package you have:

    Elite Monthly: You will need to self-cancel before the end of your current monthly billing period. Your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of your current billing period.

    Elite Annual: You will need to self-cancel before the end of your annual billing period. Your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of your current billing period.

    Elite Subscription + MACROS & Year of Transformation: You now have the ability to self-cancel. However, a 30 day notice is required prior to cancellation. All payments scheduled within the 30-day notice period will still be due. After cancellation, your Membership will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of your current billing period.

  • Yes! The NEW Elite Membership, 7 Day Free Trial is now available. The SGF experience has been updated & fully transformed to allow FULL access to all Elite Membership Features for the next 7 days with no payment required!

    After your 7 day trial period ends, you will be automatically downgraded to a basic client and will not have access to any of the Apps features.

    You then, have the option to become an SGF Elite Monthly or Annual Member.

  • Update your payment information in the SGF App by following these simple steps:

    1. Open this link in your INTERNET BROWSER https://summergfit.trainerize.com/app/login

    2. Log in (using your regular username and password for the app)

    3. Click your profile picture (top right hand corner of your screen)

    4. Click payment information (left hand column), then update your card / SAVE

    5. Log out of your profile on the internet browser

    6. Return to normal use on SGF App

  • Yes! It is highly recommended to finish one training program at at time, to ensure optimal results BUT you can switch to ANY program at any time. This is the beauty of having full access as an Elite Member!

  • Click on the link provided on the “7-Day Free Trial” tab & download your SGF App on the Apple or Android App Store. Create an account with your name and email address. NO payment method is required for your 7-day free trial.

  • Immediately after you sign up and create your account! Enjoy full access for the next 7 consecutive days. Spend time browsing through the different programs, nutrition & tracking features!

  • The Elite Membership free trial experience is available to all NEW Customers. If you are a current or have been a previous Elite Member, you will not be able to access the free trial.

  • At the end of your Elite Membership free trial, you will be prompted to purchase the Elite Monthly or Annual Membership in order continue enjoying the benefits of the SGF App. Don’t worry, you will not be charged automatically until you proceed forward with your Membership purchase! In order to become an Elite Member, simply wait for a message from Coach Summer with the exact purchase links within the App messaging system.

  • No, each customer will only be able to trial the SGF App for 7 days, one time. Only 1 trial is available for each user.

  • There is no need to cancel, as no payment is required during the Elite Membership free trial period.
