    It is vital that we allow your body time to learn proper form, technique and increase strength on the program that I assign to you.

    In order to continue challenging your body's muscular strength, endurance and abilities, NEW 8 week training programs will be designed and launched into the app, periodically.

  • “You can NEVER out train a bad diet!” The truth behind this statement will stand firm until the end of time.

    Nutrition will always be 80-85% of where your results come from. As I tell every client, “your nutrition and your fitness are meant to be a married couple. You cant have one without the other.” They go hand in hand. This is the very reason WHY I have created an all inclusive Meal Plan Package that not only sets you up for true success but allows your body to totally reset. You will learn about the importance of portion control, meal timing, quality of food, hydration, supplements etc.

    Depending on your goals and needs, you may be ready to venture deeper into MACRO and meal planning. My app has exceptional features that will set you up for ultimate success and helps make following a MACRO plan a breeze!

    Good nutrition habits are not learned over night. My goal is to teach you and guide you through each vital phase. The process of developing healthy nutritional habits while enjoying life simultaneously, is 100% feasible.

  • Throughout my years of coaching, in person and online, Ive learned one key element to a clients success - Accountability and Support! When these two aspects lack, the statistics show a tremendous drop in exercise/nutritional adherence to a clients program.

Depending upon a few variables such as - your intake consultation, discussion of personal GOALS and desired outcome - PROGRAM placement will be determined by or before your 1st initial onboarding call. Transitioning from one program to another when needed is an available option.

    • Combination of full body training, target muscle training, circuit training and a final test.

    • HOME: No gym.....NO PROBLEM! These workouts are designed to bring the heat as you continually build consistency on your fitness journey!! Let's be real....time runs short occasionally, making it near impossible to get to the gym! Now, you have NO EXCUSE! Whether you cant make it in to the gym or you are staying in a hotel while traveling for work or vacation - you now have full access to ON DEMAND HOME workouts!

    • CORE: Strengthen your center, empower your movement with "SGF CORE"! This program will build your stability, endurance and abdominal strength from the inside out! Let's define your abs as we target the very CORE of you!

    • RELEASE: Feeling tight? Desiring to release unwanted stress and tension in your muscles? Is one of your GOALS to become more FLEXIBLE? Unlock your strength and flexibility with "SGF RELEASE"! What is coaching without accountability and continual support? This is a solid pillar that cannot be neglected. Through my Summer G.Fit App, you will experience unmatched accountability. Continual support through the ebbs and flows of your fitness journey will be a constant from me, personally. 1:1 clients will receive weekly guidance, bi-weekly check-ins, video communication, technique and form checks, in depth progress tracking and VIP access to my private accountability and support group, TEAM 25’ EDIT!

ALL clients [subscription or 1:1] will have the opportunity to join any upcoming or ongoing secondary challenges that I may be offering.

HI! I’M SUMMER

My deeply rooted passion for fitness began 12 years ago. After overcoming a 15 year long battle against Bulimia (eating disorder), I wanted the remaining days of my life to be spent with purpose and drive. I had lived too many years as an aimless arrow, wasted on crushed dreams with an unrealistic reflection as the end GOAL. After recovery and finding my true identity I decided to venture down a road that would allow me to share in the world of health and fitness. The freedom God has given me through this outlet is tangible. It is life altering. It is deeply transformative. My GOAL and MISSION as your coach, is to share this lifestyle with you. Possibly steer you away from similar mistakes that I’ve made in the past. I desire to truly know you, build a relationship with you, and most importantly….introduce a way of life to you that you eventually cannot live without!
